Adegas Valmiñor
Albariño 2024
The flagship Albariño from O Rosal, grown on 20- to 40-year-old vines rooted in acidic, stony schist soils between the Miño River and the Atlantic. The grapes are hand-picked, cold-macerated briefly, pressed gently and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Expect mandarin, orange peel, apricot and peach with orange-blossom florals, a fresh, fairly full palate and a long, slightly bitter finish. The 2024 won a Platinum medal with 97 points at the 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards.
