Luno is Alfredo Arribas's approachable Montsant red, built on Garnacha and Cariñena with international grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah added to the blend. Retail notes describe ripe black fruit, spice and balsamic hints on a medium-full palate with firm but rounded tannins.

About the producer
Alfredo Arribas
Alfredo Arribas is a Barcelona architect who turned to wine in 2001 and released his first Priorat wine in 2004 under the Clos del Portal name. In neighbouring Montsant he works a set of old Carignan and Grenache vineyards, and he later started SiurAlta, a high-altitude Montsant project, with low-intervention winemaking.
