Benoit Daridan
Cheverny Blanc 2023
A fresh, fruity Cheverny white blending Sauvignon Blanc with Chardonnay, grown on clay-limestone soils near Cour-Cheverny. It is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and rests on fine lees for several months, which adds texture while keeping the aromatics bright.
