Château Saint-Cyrgues
Salamandre Orange (Grenache Blanc) 2025
A gentle, introductory skin-contact wine: organic Grenache Blanc, about two-thirds whole bunch, left ten days on its skins. Expect orange blossom, peach and apple with light, soft tannins, a good match for spiced dishes such as tagine.
