Christophe Patrice
Chardonnay 2025
An unoaked Chardonnay from a Chablis grower, made from grapes bought from growers in the region and bottled as Vin de France. The bunches are pressed whole and fermented cool in stainless steel with native yeasts. Lees from the domaine's Chablis are added for extra body, and the wine rests four months in tank without malolactic, making a generous, easy-drinking white.

About the producer
Christophe Patrice
Christophe Patrice comes from a Beine winegrowing family and worked alongside his father and uncles from 1996 before founding his own domaine in 2006 with five hectares. Buying the Daniel Roblot estate in 2011 took him to about 22 hectares of old vines (50 to 70 years) in Beine, Courgis and Chablis. Farming is sustainable (HVE) and all wines are made in stainless steel to keep them fresh and typical.
