Domaine de l'Arnesque
Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Tradition' 2022
From the l'Arnesque lieu-dit, where sandy soils give a fine, elegant structure. Hand-picked, sorted and partly destemmed, it ferments for 25-30 days with regular punch-downs and ages a year in demi-muids, giving a dark, concentrated red with black cherry and plum, firm tannins, and spice and garrigue as it opens.
