Domaine du Petit Coteau
Vouvray Brut NV
A traditional-method sparkling Vouvray made only from organically grown Chenin Blanc, planted on sandy clay over the Loire's chalky tuffeau. A published tasting note on the non-vintage Brut records about 15 months on the lees and a dosage of around 11 g/l, which gives a crisp, lightly rounded sparkler.
