Domaine Specht
Riesling Alsace Grand Cru 'Mandelberg' 2022
The Mandelberg ('almond hill') rises just north of Mittelwihr on brown limestone soils packed with pebbles from an Oligocene conglomerate, a well-exposed site known for ripe, generous wines. The domaine's Riesling shows white-fleshed fruit and citrus zest, a full attack and a crisp finish. The producer classes recent bottlings as half-dry and suggests 5 to 8 years of cellaring.

Domaine Specht
