Erdutski Vinogradi (Vina Erdut)
Graševina 2025
A one-litre Graševina (Welschriesling) from the winery's own Danube-facing terraces at Erdut, from the Busija site at about 140 m. The juice is settled cold and fermented for a week to ten days in stainless steel, then matured in steel and oak. It is pale yellow with green glints and typical varietal aromatics, and is made for drinking young.

About the producer
Erdutski Vinogradi (Vina Erdut)
Erdutski Vinogradi sits on the Danube terraces at Erdut in eastern Croatia, part of the Podunavlje (Croatian Danube) wine region. Its winery opened in 1984 as part of the IPK Osijek agricultural combine, alongside one of the largest single-block vineyards in Croatia, and Graševina is the house's signature grape. The cellar holds a 75,000-litre Slavonian oak cask built in 1989, billed as the largest wine barrel in use in the world, which is always kept full of Graševina.
