Ermisch Cellars
Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced half from The Rocks District and half from Cockburn Ranch in the Walla Walla Valley. Native-yeast fermented with gentle extraction, then aged about 12 months in a mix of new French and American oak and older Pinot barrels and finished with a hand-dipped wax seal; it is bold and concentrated with dark berry fruit and savory, mineral notes.
