About the producer
Fattoria San Giuliano
Fattoria San Giuliano is a family winery and agriturismo in Neive, one of the Barbaresco villages, founded by Giulio Pastura and his wife Mariella, who handle most of the vineyard and cellar work themselves. Their roughly 7 hectares sit mostly on the San Giuliano hill in Neive, with a small part in Piobesi d'Alba in the Roero, and many vines are 50 to 70 years old. They favor handwork and minimal chemical treatments and make about 60,000 bottles a year.
