Fitz Roy
Fitz Roy Carménère 2022
Carménère from Invina's Colchagua Valley vineyards, with Cabernet Sauvignon added for spice and red fruit and Syrah for a licorice note. Hand-harvested from sustainably farmed sites, it ferments and ages in stainless steel, then gets six months with French oak staves. Black plum, earth, vanilla and licorice with soft, silky tannins.

About the producer
Fitz Roy
Fitz Roy is a value-driven Chilean label created by US importer Elixir Wine Group with Alex Huber of Invina Wines. The wines are made at Invina's winery in Maule from sustainably farmed vineyard sites in several Chilean valleys, and take their name from Mount Fitz Roy on the Argentina-Chile border in Patagonia.
