Franco Serra

Monferrato Nebbiolo Superiore 2024

New

This Nebbiolo comes from hand-harvested, low-yield vines in the Monferrato hills, where lighter, calcium-rich soils and a more Mediterranean climate give a rounder, fruitier style than the Langhe. It macerates on the skins for about four weeks, ferments in steel and ages 18 months in barriques and large casks (20% new). Expect rose petal, graphite and ripe cherry with gentle tannins.
