Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2019
An organic Vino Nobile from east-facing vines at about 350 m on tuff and clay soils near Gracciano di Montepulciano, made with native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation. About the producer
Il Conventino
An organic estate at Gracciano, in the heart of Montepulciano, founded in the 1970s by Alfio Carpini (as La Casella) and bought by the Brini family in 2003. Its name comes from a small 14th-century convent nearby. The estate has farmed organically for over 30 years, using native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation and minimal sulfites; Pino Brini's son Alberto runs it today.
