Weingut Sighardt Donabaum
Grüner Veltliner 2025
A dry Grüner Veltliner from steep granite and slate terraces around Spitz in the Wachau, pressed as whole clusters and fermented with native yeasts in steel tanks. The importer's notes point to pear, grapefruit, lemon peel and honeydew with white pepper and fresh, easy-drinking acidity.

About the producer
Weingut Sighardt Donabaum
A family winery in Spitz, in Austria's Wachau, with a historic farmstead on the Zornberg; the estate was first documented in the 12th century and has belonged to the Donabaum family since 1833. Most of its vines grow on steep stone terraces of weathered gneiss and granite, and the grapes are picked by hand.
