Bodega Cruzat
Cruzat Clásico Brut NV
Cruzat's flagship traditional-method sparkler, made from estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo. The base wine ferments cool in stainless steel, then spends 12 months on its lees after the second fermentation in bottle. Expect a fresh, citrusy and floral style with hints of tropical fruit and toast, held together by lively acidity.

About the producer
Bodega Cruzat
Cruzat was founded in 2004 by Argentine sparkling-wine specialist Pedro Rosell with a group of Chilean partners, with the single goal of making top-tier traditional-method sparkling wine. The winery sits in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo (Mendoza), at the foot of the Cordón del Plata, and works only with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from high-elevation estate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. It is described as the only Argentine winery devoted entirely to bottle-fermented sparkling wine.
