Bodega Cruzat
Cruzat Rosé (Extra Brut) NV
A traditional-method sparkling rosé from Perdriel estate fruit. The Pinot Noir gets a brief, gentle skin contact to pick up its pale salmon color before a cool stainless-steel fermentation, followed by 12 months on lees in bottle. It shows red-fruit aromas, light, fine tannins and fresh acidity, and works as an aperitif or with fish and lighter meats.

About the producer
Bodega Cruzat
Cruzat was founded in 2004 by Argentine sparkling-wine specialist Pedro Rosell with a group of Chilean partners, with the single goal of making top-tier traditional-method sparkling wine. The winery sits in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo (Mendoza), at the foot of the Cordón del Plata, and works only with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from high-elevation estate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. It is described as the only Argentine winery devoted entirely to bottle-fermented sparkling wine.
