Cavalier Bartolomeo
Barbera d'Alba 2019
Cavalier Bartolomeo's Barbera d'Alba is made from carefully selected grapes from the La Morra area. It is a clear ruby red, with vinous aromas of cornel cherry, currant, vanilla and wild cherries, and a rounded, dry, warm palate with fruit at the center and good length.

About the producer
Cavalier Bartolomeo
Cavalier Bartolomeo is a small family estate in the hamlet of Garbelletto in Castiglione Falletto, about 3 km from the village of Barolo. It is named for patriarch Bartolomeo Borgogno (born 1899), and after five generations it is run by Dario Borgogno with his wife and son Alex. The range centers on Barolo, with the Altenasso, San Lorenzo and Fiasco Riserva bottlings.
