Soave Classico "Cuvée XX" 2025
The estate's main Soave Classico, drawn from the family's hillside vineyards in the heart of the Classico zone, on silty-sandy, limestone-rich soils over volcanic subsoil. It ferments in temperature-controlled concrete, then spends about three months on its lees. Floral and lightly fruity, dry and crisp; the 'XX' refers to the 20th century, when Soave joined the estate.

About the producer
Guerrieri Rizzardi
A Veronese family house based in Bardolino, formed when the Guerrieri and Rizzardi families united in 1913 (first vintage under the joint name in 1914). It farms estates in Bardolino, Valpolicella Classico (the Pojega estate in Negrar, established by the Rizzardi family in 1649) and Soave Classico (Costeggiola, bought in the 1970s). The third generation, Giuseppe, Orsola, Olimpia and Agostino Rizzardi, joined from the late 1990s.
