Guerrieri Rizzardi
Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore "Pojega" 2023
Hand-picked from the family's Pojega estate in the Valpolicella Classico zone, where the Rizzardis have farmed since 1649. After its first fermentation, the wine re-ferments on Amarone pomace (the ripasso method), then ages about 12 months in tonneaux and large French and European oak. Aromatic, ripe and dark-fruited, it pairs freshness with the extra depth ripasso brings.
