J. Dumangin Fils
Champagne Premier Cru Rosé 'Le Rosé'
A blended rosé from Premier Cru parcels in Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Rilly and Taissy, colored with still red Meunier. It is fermented mostly in stainless steel with a little wood, partly through malolactic, and finished extra-brut at about 4.4 g/l. The house describes it as very dry, with tangy red-berry and strawberry notes, and suggests it with poultry or fish in sauce.
