A single-vineyard Chardonnay from the village of Péronne in the heart of the Mâconnais, from vines about 40 years old on the limestone soils of Mont Épin. It shows a golden color, delicate toasty notes, citrus and ripe summer fruit, with floral and honeyed touches from the old vines, and tastes fresh and full.

Les Gentilhommes
Les Gentilhommes is a range of single-vineyard Mâconnais Chardonnays from the Martin family. Maurice Martin founded the family domaine (Domaine de la Croix Senaillet in Davayé); sources date it to 1969 or 1974. His sons Richard and Stéphane run it today, and the Gentilhommes wines are listed as organic.
