Miro Cellars
Reserve Chardonnay Olivet Ranch Vineyard 2023
A single-vineyard Chardonnay from Olivet Ranch, one of the old DeLoach sites off Olivet Lane in the Russian River Valley, with vines averaging about 37 years old. Whole clusters are pressed, barrel-fermented with partial malolactic and stirred on the lees, giving tropical fruit, ripe apple, peach and Meyer lemon with a touch of toast and a silky, fresh finish.

About the producer
Miro Cellars
Miro Cellars is the small Sonoma County label of Bulgarian-born winemaker Miro Tcholakov, who trained in enology in Plovdiv, came to Dry Creek Vineyard as a harvest intern in 1990, and has been winemaker at Trentadue since 1998. He released his first Miro Petite Sirah in 2001 and works hands-on with single-vineyard fruit from Dry Creek, Russian River, Chalk Hill, Alexander Valley and Mendocino. The winery is based in Cloverdale and has no tasting room.
