Matías Riccitelli
Hey Rosé! Malbec Rosé 2025
A dry rosé of Malbec from Riccitelli's Perdriel vineyard in Luján de Cuyo, picked early (mid-February), pressed straight away with no skin maceration and fermented cool in concrete. It rests about three months in small concrete vessels and comes out pale salmon, floral and citrusy, with natural acidity.

About the producer
Matías Riccitelli
Matías Riccitelli, born in Cafayate (Salta) and son of veteran winemaker Jorge Riccitelli, worked harvests around the world and served as head winemaker at Fabre Montmayou and Norton before founding his own winery in 2009. The bodega is in Las Compuertas, the highest part of Luján de Cuyo, with old ungrafted Malbec there plus mountain vineyards in Gualtallary, Los Chacayes and San Pablo in the Uco Valley, and a Río Negro project in Patagonia since 2015. Fruit is hand-picked, farmed without herbicides, and fermented with native yeasts.
